2. Can I benefit from the hotel's offers?
To benefit from the discounts, offers and special advantages of the Gran Hotel Reymar, we recommend that you go to the offers page of our website, where you can become a member of the Reymar Club and obtain, among other advantages, an additional 10% discount. You just have to enter your email and confirm that you want to be a member of the club in the email you will receive. Immediately, you will receive a second email with a discount code that you can include on our website or tell us when making the reservation by phone or Whatsapp.
3. What are the restaurant opening hours?
Illa restaurant hours are as follows:
- Breakfast: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Dinner: from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. What does each diet or meal plan consist of?
You can make your reservation at Gran Hotel Reymar in three different regimes or meal plans:
- Bed and breakfast, buffet type and with a wide variety of options to start the day well.
- Half board, which includes breakfast and dinner, which can be exchanged every day for lunch by notifying in the morning at reception and consists of a table service of 4 courses, starter, first, second and dessert and with at least 3 options to choose from each.
- Full board, consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner. By default the hotel understands that the first food service that will be made upon arrival at the hotel is lunch and the last service, on the day of departure, will be breakfast. You arrive at the hotel in the afternoon or evening, tell us in observations that you want the first service to be dinner, so on the day of departure you can enjoy lunch.
*Remember that drinks are not included in the half board and full board regimes, except those included in the breakfast buffet and in the bed and breakfast regime only the drinks available in the buffet are included.
5. Can the reserved diet be changed?
At the reception of Gran Hotel Reymar you can change the regime contracted in your reservation, as long as it is higher (that is, book in B&B and change to HB or FB, but not from FB to HB or B&B). The change of regime will be for the entire stay or for the rest of the stay, not for individual days.
6. Does the hotel offer free transfer?
Gran Hotel Reymar offers free transfer between the Tossa de Mar bus station and the hotel, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. When you arrive at the station, you just have to call the Gran Hotel Reymar (+34972340312) and in less than 10 minutes we will come pick you up.
7. Are the observations I have indicated in my reservation confirmed?
When you fill out the reservation form you will find a field in which you can tell us all the comments you want about your stay at Gran Hotel Reymar. They may be requests about the location of the room, the views, the parking... We will try to fulfill them as far as possible, but simply indicating them in the reservation does not mean that they are confirmed. We cannot confirm them until you arrive at the hotel and it will always depend on availability at the time of your arrival.
8. What are the check-in and check-out times of the room?
Check-in time:
On the day of your arrival at the hotel, after registering at the reception, you will be able to access the facilities of Gran Hotel Reymar. Access to the room is from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out time:
On the day of departure, the rooms will have to be vacated (luggage and personal belongings included), in all cases, before 11:00 p.m.
9. Is it possible to early check-in or check out later than 12:00 p.m.?
When you arrive at Gran Hotel Reymar, you can leave your luggage and use our facilities and restaurants before check-in time. Entry to the room before check-in time will depend on hotel availability. Late check-out is also subject to availability and has additional charges.
10. I want a crib for my baby/children. Does it have an extra cost?
The use of cribs is completely free. When you choose the type of room you want to book, please let us know the number of babies that will stay in the room. If you would like us to install a crib in the room, please let us know in the notes part of the reservation.
11. The hotel has parking?
Gran Hotel Reymar has parking with a supplement of € 20 per day. No place is reserved in advance of arrival.
12. What time do I have to leave the car park on the day of departure?
At 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
13. Is there WIFI connection in the hotel?
Yes, Gran Hotel Reymar has WIFI connection in all rooms and common areas.
14. Are pets allowed at Gran Hotel Reymar?
We regret to inform you that pets are not accepted at Gran Hotel Reymar.
15. What sports facilities does the hotel have?
Gran Hotel Reymar has a free gym, open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The hotel also has a paddle tennis court (with a supplement of €36/hour) and an outdoor basketball area available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
16. What are the hotel pool hours?
Gran Hotel Reymar has an outdoor swimming pool, open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
17. Are there free pool towels?
Gran Hotel Reymar does not provide free pool towels. We made the firm decision to become an environmentally sustainable hotel that is respectful of our wonderful and delicate environment, which is why we try to minimize the impact of chemicals (even if they are biodegradable), as well as rationalize the use of water during washing.
18. Does the hotel have massage and treatment services?
Yes, Gran Hotel Reymar offers massage services and all types of facial and body treatments at the hotel.
19. Can events be held at Gran Hotel Reymar?
Yes, Gran Hotel Reymar has different rooms to celebrate all types of events, including business events and family celebrations, in Tossa de Mar.
20. I want to quote stay for a group

At the Gran Hotel Reymar we have participated in the filming of various films, short films, advertisements and product sessions.
